Hypnotherapy is a combination of Psychotherapy and Hypnosis. Hypnosis involves the person experiencing a sense of deep relaxation with their attention narrowed down, and focused on appropriate suggestions made by the therapist. Psychotherapy involves talking together to help you overcome your difficulties.
Psychotherapy is often referred to as a ‘talking treatment’. The Psychotherapy in itself is extremely beneficial and its effects are enhanced by the application of Hypnosis, which enables the subconscious mind to make beneficial changes to you and your life.
